All fees are non-refundable.

I do not:

Diagnose medical conditions

Prescribe medications or supplements

Provide medical treatment

Replace care from physicians or other regulated healthcare professionals

I do:

Provide health education

Explain biological stress responses and body processes

Support understanding of symptoms from an educational perspective

Assist clients in promoting relaxation and develop personalized, non-medical wellness plans

Encourage appropriate medical follow-up when indicated

Clients are advised to maintain an ongoing relationship with their primary healthcare provider.

GERMAN NEW MEDICINE (GNM) EDUCATIONAL DISCLOSURE

German New Medicine (GNM) is presented solely as an educational framework for understanding biological stress responses and symptom patterns.

GNM is:

Used as an interpretive educational model

Taught to increase awareness and understanding

Not presented as medical diagnosis or treatment

Not intended to replace conventional medical assessment or care.

Participation in education related to GNM is voluntary, and clients are encouraged to critically evaluate all information and make their own healthcare decisions in consultation with licensed medical professionals.

The Day One Method™ is a structured educational planning process designed to help clients explore health concerns from a new perspective.

The Day One Method™:

Does not diagnose or treat illness

Does not promise outcomes or cures

Focuses on education, insight, and personal understanding

Helps clients identify areas they wish to learn more about

Supports development of non-medical action plans

Any plans developed are educational and self-directed, and implementation remains the responsibility of the client.
